A Sense Of Urgency

We love watching our honeybees.  They work with a purpose.

We too are in a business that is VERY time sensitive and requires working with a purpose.  A sense of urgency is essential.

If a home comes on the market, our buyers may have less than a day to view and decide to offer or not.  The market isn't always that hot, but it's key to recognize the segments that are and for us and our clients to have that sense of urgency to realize GO NOW is the order of the day.

Once we have a contract, the entire process is timeline driven.  Review the HOA rules, get inspection, negotiate repairs, get an appraisal and more. 

When a loan officer asks for documents, it really isn't a "when I get around to it" activity.  They buyer needs to respond quickly or risk missing a key deadline.  And missing a deadline could potentially cost them the home that wanted and their earnest money deposit.

Timelines apply to our home sellers too.  They also have obligations to help us market their home or to meet contract obligations.

And agents?  We also need to have a sense of urgency.

Get a call from a potential home buyer or seller?  The clock is ticking.  If you don't have a sense of urgency, they've moved on to Choice B or C.

Working with another agent?  It's important to have a sense of urgency there too.  Getting back to a buyer's agent promptly with answers to questions might be the difference between the buyers choosing your home and moving on to another opportunity.

Day after day, the fundamentals remain the same.  Have a sense of urgency if you want good things to happen.

Same here. Our area is hot and if buyers want a home, this is no time to wait or make a low offer.  Someone out there is willing to do more.  There is a precise timeline to stick to in all aspects of the transactions.  With all on the same page, all will go well.  No time to lag.
