HOA Rules!  WHAT CAN POSSIBLY GO WRONG??  Plenty!   IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU do your due diligence BEFORE  your purchase – and it will pay off with many years of enjoyment. Read all documents carefully and thoroughly! Don’t be afraid to ask those questions!

Are all HOA rules & Regulations similar?  NOPE!  Don't assume anything, because they will always vary depending on the community and what they offer and require.  The fees are also quite varied.  It's so important that you READ the documents very carefully and have all your questions answered before you sign that purchase agreement. 

Penalties?  YES!  If you disregard or break the rules, you can be penalized legally and monetarily!  I've written an extensive report on HOA RULES.  I invite you to read it for yourself.  I know those documents don't look very exciting - but disregard them at your own peril.
