My Goals: A 2020 Vision.
Planning ahead helps motivate my business forward. Self-improvement and growth comes when working consistently to achieve desired outcomes. Three simple things I do to maintain focus are:
- Writing it down - need not be wordy or flourished
- Setting the goals - short-term-long-term for the year
- Putting into motion - the tone will be set immediately
Practicing Tried and True Methods is a reflex. No need to glom onto bright and shiny offerings by savvy, high pressure salespeople. Trends come and go quickly, while staying the course provides real results.
My Target Market is past clients. They have always been a reliable, trusted referral source. Also, partnering with reliable, local affiliates have brought much success and influencer's most definitely enhance business.
Staying Top of Mind means interaction by making important phone calls, sending out quarterly mailings offering a call to action or something of value, for example: Annual Parade of Homes tickets for loyal clients.
Most of my business today is based on Client Satisfaction by maintaining a stellar reputation and dependabilty in the real estate industry. Consistency and tenacity always are big players in attaining goals.
Social media platforms play a part in my Personal and Professional Relationships as well and serve serve a purpose in being transparent. People want to do business with those they can find a sincere connection.
Three years ago, I started over when everything came to a standstill. The national company who sent the majority of referrals changed their business model. I was now an 'outsider' rather than their Top Closing Agent.
The next year was a challenge but rather than become paralyzed by adversity, I dug deep, reaching out to all Contacts, Relocation and Referral Companies, offering my services and past reputation up to them as a guide.
Unexpected changes and challenges did not get the best of me as 2019 was my 2nd best year ever in sales volume. The future is looking promising and clearly, 2020 Vision is my catalyst for Continued Successful Results!
