Here are my favorite Palos Verdes homes in 2019 taken from my weekly articles reviewing new homes for sale that were on the Broker’s Tour. I have also included an update on those homes to let you know if they have sold and at what price.

This Palos Verdes home came on the market January 5, 2019, and sold for $2,542,000 on January 10, 2019, with escrow closing on January 17, 2019. Elaine Carlson (RE/MAX Estate Properties) and William Herman’s (Pierside Realty, Inc) 4112 Palos Verdes Drive South, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,122 square foot home for $1,600,000. This gated one level Portuguese Bend Club home features panoramic ocean/Catalina views, nearly 20′ x 30′ living room, open concept kitchen w/eating area, pool, and membership available to Portuguese Bend Beach Club with its private beach/paddle tennis courts/ playground. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on April 12, 2019, was reduced to $1,450,000 on May 1, 2019, sold for $1,475,000 on May 8,2019, with escrow closing on June 7, 2019.
