Diane & I can never get tired of Hamachi. We have a fantastic Japanese Grocery Store nearby and I get fresh Hamachi, same as what you would get in a fantastic Restaurant. So, what is Hamachi? Now for those who are into health-conscious eating keep in mind this has a large amount of protein and has a high concentration of vitamin B, D, and E. Not that I eat it for this reason, I am more of a flavor type guy, but it id great for optimal wellness as well.
