I am impressed, I went online a made a bunch of inquiries about mortgages. Most asked some questions I just wouldn’t answer online others would call every few minutes which was pretty annoying. You however sent an email and a wonderful question. “What is the best way for us the communicate, phone or email?” You are basically putting me first and asking what is best for me. You have my attention. I have a break between 10:30 and 11:00 each day. I know I left my phone number, so give me a call. Marcel

 

 

Many years ago, I read this book called “Permission Marketing” The essence of the email from this prospective client is what the book was all about. Would you handle it any differently?
