I got home from my open house and had dinner on the table in less then 15 minutes. It was Chinese hotpot featuring Chicken meatballs I quickly made in the morning. I also still have half of the yummy meatballs in my freezer. I used store bought ground turkey and potato starch instead of corn starch (just what I had from my pantry. This is quick and healthy. They could be served with rice and a veggie if you do not want soup.

This met the Holmes household kitchen and taste test! I often arrive home from work too tired to want to go out. This was really good. I could make it so it was kosher if I used kosher meat. We do not usually cook beef. We never bring pork or shellfish in the house. We love Chinese food.
