We have become more proficient in our branding and marketing strategy in identifying when a potential company or individual is ready, willing and able beyond a shadow of doubt, to change themselves and are eager to do so.  

 

Many can say the right words, however, they do not mean it.  They talk change and how they bought this and that.  In our opinion this is not an evidence of  being ready to change.  As we said to someone, who eventually became a client, "it sounds like you are re-painting your rut!"  

 

In branding and marketing strategy terms, our perfect client is someone who knows that change begins with themselves.  In a real estate practice, it is akin to the ideal seller who takes your advice without questionning your expertise, or the buyer who is ready willing and able to buy!  

 

This is what it takes to go from zero listings to a $100 million listings in a year and a half in a new state, and sell $60 million in that time frame.

 

This is what it takes to find an uncontested market niche, and thrive in a crowded arena in luxury.  

 

This is what it takes to set up a lifelong system of always having business by working several communities in a middle class marketplace with a brilliant strategy!  

 

It is not so much about the dollars you can make, it is about the happiness to be working in your wheelhouse (the ideal venue).  When you change yourself,  you are mindful about staying on your sweet spot.  When you are mindful of maintaining your signal,  the universe bows at your feet, and synchronicity rules with great opportunities and possibilities.

Nina Hollander the person I mentioned here was offered a large office with a separate entrance, a paid assistant, and a higher split.  After we started together, she left the company, bought her own building, and took off like a rocket in her business.  The new rut that was offered was pretty posh, but nowhere as nice as her own building..A

Michael Jacobs love your analogy of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, I have seen that happen many times with both agents and brokers.  For some change is so painful that they would rather go down with the ship.  

Had these people been mindful, they would have left pronto.  Those who were mindful and immediately understood the gravity of a dictator's  actions responded right away and left...A
