My youngest pup Chico seems to be adjusting to his new situation. Almost three weeks ago he has surgery at a specialty hospital to remove a growth in his mouth and he lost part of his lower jaw. Chico is resilient and has started to act a lot more like his own self. That said he is really matted and dirty and it is hard to comb him without bothering the area of his surgery.I am afraid to take him to the groomer so each day I do a bit more and when I get rid of the mats I will try and bath him myself.
