This community is located with Cherry Creek Schools - Buffalo Trail and Pine Ridge Elementary, Fox Ridge Middle School and Cherokee Trail High School. Only minutes to Aurora Reservoir and Southlands Mall. This is a popular community for those working at DIA, as it is an easy commute with E-470.
The HOA is strong in Beacon Point, and currently, the HOA fee is $150 per quarter. These fees include the use of the clubhouse with a fitness center, a community pool, common grounds maintenance and trash with recycling. You will find an array of retail outlets and restaurant options, 16 screen movie theater, and a Farmers Market that is open every Saturday through the summer from 8 am to 1 pm.
