There are several cats who live at the Cold Spring Tavern. Rest assured that they are well cared for by the staff and owners. They do their job in keeping the rodents at bay. After work, it is time to take a nap and sunbathe. The rooftop is a perfect perch from which to watch the world go by and take a snooze.

The only thing that is up to code is the kitchen, otherwise it is pretty much the way it was in those days. We love having breakfast there after the Farmers Market. A
