This months newsletter includes some great statistics and tips on Home Buying and Home Selling in 2020!

I am truly grateful for all of you, whether you are a friend, business associate, valued client....and you also may be even be someone who I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet.....your consideration, trust and loyalty mean the world to me!

The market is slower at this time of the year, but homes are definitely still selling.

If you know of anyone who is even just thinking of making a move in 2020, please get in touch with me right away and let me know so I can make contact with them and be there for them when they are ready. There are MANY advantages to being in the "Spring Market" early....like now! I go over a few of them in my video, but please feel free to call me to discuss timing and we can discuss the best timing for you.

I have a goal this year to serve at least 15 more families this year, and I really appreciate you contacting me when you come across someone who is thinking of selling....THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your help!

Please keep in mind that I have also earned my SRES Designation through the National Association of Realtors. It stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist, so now, in addition to the other services I offer, I have additional, resources and knowledge in meeting your specific needs for my 50+ clients. This can make all the difference in the world!

Please take a look at my first three video messages! There is a special message to you and also a little information about Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg. I spend a morning in October packing boxes with a few of my excellent Realtor friends for children in Haiti. I really enjoyed it and was very impressed with the organization as over 90% of the proceeds actually go directly to feeding the children. It was really cool to see rooms full of all kinds of people working together from us Realtors to corporate representatives to busloads of sweet little children. If any of you are interested in doing this, please let me know and maybe we can schedule another date to do this together! Here is the link to that video:
