Ugh, baseball is killing me today

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Lane Realty Eatonton, GA Lake Sinclair, Milledgeville, 706-485-9668 GREC# 169695

First the Astros cheated and stole the world series.... I'm beyond upset they get to keep that title.  Then they changed the name of our park to that stupid new Truiest name that is Sun Trust intertwined with BB&T (neither are my favorite) and now Donaldson has signed with the twins.

It was also a crazy day in real estate.  There was the home inspection that went loooong, some day I will write a post about that.  Someone called and made sure I was "in" the office and then never showed up.  The new listing has titles to the manufactured home two sellers back. (see me over here rolling my eyes) and I'm sure the then attorney/now judge isn't going to do ANYTHING about it.

I had an agent who read a seller's disclosure wrong today and was in a tail spin about the commission being wrong, it wasn't.  I had a fat contractor quit because the "crawl space door is too small" (Maybe it's not the door buddy) One of my agents is on vacation...

Busy is good, busy is good.  I have some new listings I really need to write posts about , but there's just not enough time.

If you need real estate service in the Lake Sinclair/Eatonton/Milledgeville market just stop in, I'm sure I'll be at the office then too.  You might find some toddler toys on the floor, but we'll treat you like family and I can assure you that we'll give great customer service.

Days like your recent one call for some serious de-stressing. Hopefully writing about it was the first step in recovering. On a brighter note, busy is good.

I do hope your day starts to get better an brighter. The best thing about bad days is that they come to an end and we have the opportunity to start over tomorrow.

Hello Tammy - some days definitely offer more(much more) opportunity to breathe a bit longer.  Pause.  Reflect.  Maybe even laugh or smile at the apparent absurdity of the current situation and then continue moving forward.

Baseball is definitely coming down hard on those that were caught cheating, so I am certain it will have people not wanting to do any of that stuff again.

Hi Tammy:

Sorry there are some frustrations but no doubt you will work through them appropriately! The baseball stuff might be out of your control! LOL.

Have a great weekend!

Tammy Lankford, - What a day! What a day! What a day to thank God it's over. You really wrestled with a lot of emotions and challenges that sounded like a lot of other people were to blame for stupidity. No exception outside of RE to baseball either. Surreal I hope this is not a sign of things to come but things that are over, for good, for always. You deserve so much more than what you got on that day. What a nightmare! Oh, and by the way, the Sales Agent who read the Disclosure wrong and went "into a tailspin" doesn't deserve to have a license.
