4th Quarter 2019

Latest news on Lancaster County's real estate market and what it means for you...

Fourth Quarter 2019 Lancaster County, South Carolina home sales kept this County, just below Charlotte's hot and upscale Ballantyne area, a seller's market with just 2.2 months of inventory. Lancaster County includes the towns of Indian LandLancaster,  Fort MillKershaw, and Heath Springs.

Fourth Quarter 2019 saw increases in both average and median home sale prices in Lancaster County. Closed sales were also up, while days on market were down, as was the months supply of homes and overall inventory of homes. No doubt that Lancaster County's 2019 fall/early winter housing market was hot, hot, hot!

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® hi Sheri... Lancaster County6 is probably the fastest growing area immediately adjacent to Charlotte... but prices keep going up and it's no longer a place for people who have budgetary restraints.
