Hi Nina:

No doubt buyers and sellers in York County will be interested in reading what you have shared. Soundes like a pretty tight market, and one where epert guidance from you is needed for any purchasing or selling decisions.

Jeff

Michael Jacobs hi Michael in the almost 21 years that I've lived in Charlotte, York County has changed from being considered a "far out, country setting" to bedroom communities for Charlotte.

Lottie Kendall hi Lottie... our inventory is razor thin. So many of our areas are under 2 months of inventory now it's hard to think what that means for sales this year... hard to sell what you don't have.

Brian England hi Brian... York County has essentially become a bedroom community for Charlotte in the past 15 years. Taxes are low so that's also a big draw.

Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... I must admit when the time comes each month for market reports I often dread it... but at the end of the day, doing these doesn't just help my clients know what's going on, it also keeps me very current on what's happening in my markets.

Doug Dawes hi Doug... you make a good point. I keep track of markets around the country... when I have an outgoing referral it helps me know who's on top of their markets and I can also speak intelligently to my clients about what to expect where they are moving.

Grant Schneider that curve is amazing, isn't it, Grant? 15 years ago this was just a "sleepy outpost." Now it's one of the fastest growing areas of the Charlotte region and basically a bedroom community for Charlotte.

Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... some agents send out recipes and flower seeds to stay in touch... somehow, I've always felt that that is not quite what my clients expect from me.
