Thankful Thursday for Stormy Skies & Rain Forecast!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

Earlier this morning, we were at the harbor picking up fresh from Alaska Coho Salmon. As we got out of the car, the spendor of the sky and the approaching storm caught our attention. Even though we are at 154% normal rain fall already, we are happy to have more rainfall.

True, the sun and the wind inspire. But rain has an edge. Who, after all, dreams of dancing in dust? Or kissing in the bright sun?

Hi Alexandra... after more than three day of grey skies and rain, I was very happy to see a sunny day today. Unfortunately, it sounds as if more rain will arrive by the weekend.

just curious to what your average annual rainfall is?  I'd frankly be greatful for some blue skies and light winds to dry us out a bit.

Hello Alexandra and Ron - Dancing in the Dust definitely doesn't seem as appealing as Singing in the Rain.

Michael Jacobs we have seen the movie a few times...one of those classics of musicals!  I can remember dancing in the rain the year when we had the March Miracle of two weeks of rain in Los Angeles and it ended the then drought.  We had cabin fever as did the cats, and we all went out and danced on the spongy lawn...A

I LOVE this photo of the beautiful sky and clouds. We use to dance in the rain when we were kids. There are days when watching the rainfall, dancing in the rain would be so much fun... but I my age I don't want to catch a cold :) LOL

I find that as I have gotten older and despite knowing the need for rain, sunny skies and warm temperatures are what the doctor ordered for me.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD the Coho was superb.  I loved how easy it was to cook 2 minutes on each side, and then cover it to rest for 5 minutes.  What a perfect dinner with a salad...Every leaf is bright and shiny this morning on a perfect sunny day...A
