It is always nice to get such a good client and to celebrate when it is time to close escrow. Escrow opened and closed a couple of times, so we are celebrating times 100. So, here is to another successful closing in the quaint town of Compton, CA. Many changes in the city.
Yes, and I wish I had such kind clients as I did with my Seller. He showed such patience and kindness throughout the entire transaction.

It was challenging because in some areas, it is not the buyer, but the agent they choose to represent them in the purchase and drop the ball. If, one is too busy, they need an assistant. It is not fair to the buyer or the Seller.

Tanya Van Blake-Coleman thank you and yes, "must" keep up the momentum. One great trait I had and always will keep up!, is the communication. This was advantageous in this situation and I hear people lose clients due to the lack of communication, when it falls out of escrow. As long as we inform them of the occurrences, as they happen, we are safe.
