Wayne Martin good morning, Wayne... we use the word neighborhood interchangeably with the word subidivision. And keep in mind that these 459 subdivisions/neighborhoods are only those that had a minimum of one sale per month. We have hundreds of neighborhoods that had none to less than 12 sales in the past year. And this list doesn't cover any of the adjacent South Carolina counties neighborhoods.
