It is gorgeous today in the Berkshires. The sun is out, the wind has receded, and the white is everywhere from the snow yesterday and this morning. If you look carefully at this picture you may see the footprints of my gang scurrying to the back of my yard. I shovel an area for them but they decide the right spots and invariably those spots are in the back. They come in with big chunks of snow all over their paws. Life is good.

I have never liked snow but Hop my standard poodle used to love to romp like a horse in the snow. That si when snow gives me fond memories.

Too funny Sheila. I had a shitsu for 18 years, Wookie. We lived in snow country at first.....and OMG he was a mad dog running and making paths through the snow. He'd come back to the door full of snow......and would have to dry out in front of the wood stove like a good boy!! Fun memories!
