- Monthly rental prices shown include all taxes (12% Sarasota County hotel tax) and other costs (all utilities up to $200 per month & entry/exit cleanings)
- All rates (as published by landlord) and taxes (as published by Sarasota County) are subject to change
- Booking deposit of $500 due with placing reservation (60 day written cancellation required prior to arrival date for full refund)
- Rental balance due 90 days before arrival date (billed to your credit card on file with timely notice if transaction fails)
- $500 refundable security deposit due at check in (to cover repair of damages and/or utility charges exceeding $200 per month)
