Palos Verdes homes owners can start a healthy new year by joining one of South Coast Botanic Garden’s winter sessions of Tai Chi offered on Saturday’s only, or Yoga classes offered on Tuesday & Saturday mornings in January through February 29, 2020. Classes will be held at the Koi Pond Patio, giving Palos Verdes residents the opportunity to exercise in a natural setting instead of a studio environment. You will feel the peace and energy of the Gardens around you. The pace of these classes are appropriate for most individuals.
Tai Chi in the Garden, will be taught only on Saturdays, beginning this Saturday, January 18, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. through February 29, 2020.
