Home Sweet Home?

By
Real Estate Agent with PrimeSouth Properties

I have always liked data, numbers and such.  I find pleasure with discovering the Whys of Things, so I do alot of research in my market so I can help my clients better. It should not come as a surprise that some neighbor hood, "turn over"  on a quicker basis than others.

It makes sense to work with a professional who understands these numbers so you can make a decision when you are shopping for a new home.

Are you in the market for your forever home or do you acknowledge that you are shopping for your next home which is hot going to be your forever home?  Both make sense, but neighborhoods that have a higher turn over rate will be easier to sell when you determine that it is time to move on.

When you find the right home, you want to stay for a while! I can help you with the hunt for the perfect home.

Good morning Peter. Knowing the numbers makes you a pro! I do not believe in the perfect home, but those who know the numbers will assist a buyer in finding the best home at the time. Enjoy your day!

Good morning Peter. I think your timeline is about right too. I was in my last home for 17 years.
