There were a total of Seven Caribbean Condo's sold last year (2019). The two bedroom units spent a little less time on the market than the one bedroom units.
The median days on market for all the units was 42 days.The median price on all the markets was $420,000.
Unit 315 was listed for 25 days and sold for full list price of $480,000.It was a two bedroom unit.
Price, condition and location are still the key points in selling a condo.We can control the price and condition. The location is a given.
The new construction is finally underway here at Gulf Place.it started at the first of the year and will probably last for a minimum of two full years.No real details on how the pricing of those units might be so there is no idea on how they might affect Gulf Place overall unless you consider the number of people starting to increase.
