Prices start at $150K for a 780SF cottage on a very shallow area of the lake and go up to $8,950,000.00 for a exquisite almost 11000 square foot home on 6 acre pointe lot in the private golf community The Waters Edge. We currently have 69 condos and townhomes for sale. Prices start at $65K for a 290SF efficiency unit at the resort community of Mariners Landing and go up to 1,425,000.00 for a 4500SF Grand Villa in the private golf commnity of The Waters Edge. In same 12 months 114 condos / town homes sold. Sold prices started at $55k for a efficiency unit at Mariners Landingand went up to $682K for a 3200SF town home in the private golf community at The Water Edge. If you are interested in land, tho the home inventory is low, there is still a abundance of vacant land for sale. There ar 260 watrfront lots.
