How do you handle a $700K listing rejection?
For me, it is simply Not Now and could mean getting the listing further down the line when/if it doesn't sell. Taking a positive approach when you are not The Chosen One can be well received, also putting you Top of Mind.
A THANK YOU basket was designed by Debbie Heisler from the The Basket Case, which I sent after getting the news. A simple thanks came in response once the other agent opened the big box and discovered All Things Utah.

Everyone who knows me understands that it takes more than rejection to turn my spirits downward. Word of advice to agents: Ensure all your systems are up and running. Sometimes it may be a fault but your fault if overlooked.
