January 31 is National Hot Chocolate Day
The enjoyment of hot chocolate or a chocolate type beverage can be dated as far back as the 1400's to the Mayans and the Aztecs. In the 1800's a father/son chemist team developed something similar to our modern hot chocolate with cocoa, milk and sugar.
