This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Michael Van Ruth. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 55 percent, new homes are up 9.5 percent and resale condos are up 4.2 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 40.0 percent, up 40.9 percent on condos and up 22.3 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 34.0 percent and the sales volume is up 61.5 percent
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 2.1 percent and the sales volume is up 25.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 8.4 percent and the sales volume is down 73.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 10.5 and the sales volume is down 69.4 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 22.8 percent and the sales volume is up 71..0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 5.6 percent and the sales volume up 120.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 37.5 percent and the sales volume is up down 13.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 11.1 percent and the sales volume is up 33.3 percent.
Ok look at the sales volume across the board. It is up in some cases as Rancho Santa Margarita at 120 percent way up. We should be seeing a lot of higher prices but that will come this month due to the huge increases..
