Wayne Martin good morning, Wayne... of course, everyone's definition of downsizing is different. We downsized from 6,000 square feet to 3,400 and people still ask us when we'll downsize. I'm always like "we have downsized."

Barbara Todaro hi Barbara... that's something I'm always "preaching" to my clients... deferred maintenance and needed fixes end up costing a whole lot more if igrnored than addressed up front. I've seen too many people learn this lesson too late.

Such a great checklist.  I am not sure what rotate the mattress means though, haha.  I don't think I have ever rotated my mattress.

Thanks for this, Nina. It's a great list and a good head-start for some serious Spring cleaning. I noticed the little spring bulbs are poking through the ground, but we woke to a light dusting of snow this morning. We often see a bit of snow during February - it doesn't last long though.

Great and helpful list, Nina! We cleaned out our washing machine on Sunday - a load of bleach and a load of vinegar....suggested every month and we managed to do it after many years....but it works! Getting this stuff done is a 'feel good' activity for sure!
