13 Hot Neighborhoods To Watch In Charlotte's Waxhaw Area (28173 Zip Code) In 2020
Charlotte metro area's Waxhaw/Weddington/Marvin areas remained hot in 2019, especially luxury homes neighborhoods. 13 neighborhoods in the Waxhaw area were particularly hot in 2019 (all with at least 20 sales) and are worth watching in 2020 for continued demand.
11 neighborhoods on the 2019 list were hot neighborhoods last year -- Millbridge, Lawson, Cureton, Hunter Oaks, Providence Downs, Providence Downs South, Wesley Oaks, The Courtyards at Wesley Chapel, Longview, Greenbrier, The Falls at Weddington. Two new neighborhoods made the 2019 hot neighborhoods list -- Somerset and Briarcrest. Six neighborhoods have now been hot selling neighborhoods for three consecutive years: Millbridge, Lawson, Cureton, Hunter Oaks, Providence Downs, Wesley Oaks.
