Stowe, Vermont - Home Sales Market Report Trends - 2000 through 2019

Stowe, Vermont Home Sales - Although the number of homes sold was down a tad along with the sold prices, the bigger storyStowe Vermont Home is a lack of inventory especially in the price range below $500,000.  The lack of inventory is certainly not happening just in Vermont, rather it is nationwide.  The higher price range - over $1.0m appears to have a decent supply of homes availabe for sale in Stowe.

The Infographic below shows the number of homes sold starting from 2000 through 2019; the average and median sold prices between 2000 and 2019; and the average inventory of homes starting from 2006 through 2019.

When comparing the trends from 2019 to 2018, the following is noted: 
- Number of Homes Sold - down 4%
- Average Sold Price - Down 10%
- Median Sold Price - Down 14%
