The work across the street from my beach getaway began late last year and has been proceeding on schedule to the best of my knowledge.
Everybody has been interested in more details on this constructions effort. It finally showed up on the MLS with all the details that everyone wanted to know.
There will be essentially 40 units in Gulf Place Residences, Phase One. A combination of 2 and 3 bedroom units. 
There will 30 additional units in a Phase Two to be released at a later date to be determined.
The two bedroom units at listed at 1045 square feet and the three bedroom units range in size from 1575 to 1812.
One, two (2) bedroom unit is listed as pending with a list price of $477,00. The other units are priced from $465,000 to $890,000.
The marketing information declares that there will be two Phases of the complex. I am sure the second phase will be delayed until they determine how well the first phase is received.
The entire complex will be upscale with the most modern of appliances and finishes. High ceilings in all the units, slightly different dependent on the floor.
Completion date is sometime in 2021. Reservations are being accepted with a 10K refundable deposit. I have not reviewed the details of this contract so stand by if you want more information. there will be additional fee's, that have not been disclosed yet but will be shared as soon as they are available. These units will share the amenities available throughout Gulf Place which included some of the nicest beaches in the world.
