Profit From the Pros

We assembled five veterans in the real estate industry in a panel for local realtors to hear.  These five people had so much information and encouragement for realtors who are struggling in this market.  The messages were "Don't forget how stressed sellers are, some of them are facing serious financial hardships" and "Go back to the basics - network in your community and with your past clients".  One member of the panel talked of how he called a veteran of 40 years to ask him how to start his business, and how excited and helpful this real estate broker was for him!  One panel member talked of holding yourself accountable for the marketing and followup that is necessary to stimulate business.  And one member talked about having fun - make it fun for yourself and you will succeed!
