There are some good opportunities but buyers have to decide pretty quickly in the lower price ranges.

The inventory, while up from last month, is still lower than it's been for many months. Hopefully we will see more improvement this spring.

It still looks like a strong market with a bit of a hickup but not much. I think with rates going down recently it ought to pick up.

I get that! It's pretty nice here but it's been a little chilly for US. Down in the upper 30s the other night but into the high 50s/low 60s during the day. And no snow!!
