Old Towne Orange

By

I decided to go down to Old Towne Orange the other evening, If anyone gets a chance to go, I encourage you to do so.  It was perfect weather in the early evening, walking around the plaza, looking in the shops, we stopped for dinner.  There are so many great restaurants to choose from, then we went and sat at the outdoor patio at the coffee house.

It was a great evening, you should try it some day.  Who else likes Old Towne Orange?  Let me know

Hi Rich,

I know exactly what you mean. Old Towne kind of takes you back in time, to anothe era. It's very relaxing.

A walk through Old Towne Orange is always enjoyable Rich, I agree 100%!  Have you heard what's going into the old Sir Wicket shop?  I heard it's a hot dog shop, but that's all I know.  It will have to be pretty special to beat the dogs they serve at PCH Hot Dogs at Chapman/Prospect, don't you agree?

I have a favor to ask.  I'm working with a couple who want to buy a 3 bedroom SFR in AH.  We keep losing out to investors because agents don't understand the FHA loan is no longer something to fear.  My clients have impeccable credit and it is silly that they keep coming in second place to lower all-cash offers.

Please contact me immediately if you have a lovely 3 bedroom home in AH that my clients could call home!  Vic@SteeleGroup.net
