The Chesterbrook real estate market in Tredyffrin Township, Tredyffrin Easttown School District, has been fairly active during January 2020.

Four homes closed ranging in price from $190,000 to $445,000. Average days on market for these was 48, however two of the four homes sold in 5 and 6 days respectively, the other two were much longer. Generally in this price range sales tend to happen quicker than 48 days. The average square foot price was $191.73 after allowing for seller concessions to buyers on these homes.

2 homes are under contract with contingencies and 9 homes are pending with contingencies removed, other than possibly a mortgage issue arising at the last moment.

3 homes are listed as coming soon in Chesterbrook, and there are 8 homes currently actively for sale.
