Services for Real Estate Pros with Second Self Virtual Assistance

Stand Out With Niche Marketing

Succeeding in a business with a lot of competition requires standing out from the rest of the pack. You don’t have to develop new concepts to interact with your target market.

Follow this niche marketing outline to succeed. It will take less time and effort than you may think.

Who’s Your Competition?
Do you know who your competition is and what they are doing? This is important information that will help you compete in your niche. Not knowing your competition puts you at a serious disadvantage.

Use a free online service such as SimilarWeb to find out your competition’s marketing strategy, their market share, and their strengths and weaknesses. This kind of information will help you create your own marketing plan.

What is Your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)?
You are uniquely qualified to provide your particular services. Use your uniqueness to differentiate yourself from your competition.

  • Can you offer a better service?
  • Do your customers get additional value from using your services?
  • Are your selling methods unique in some way?

Quality Needs to be Your Priority

Always add value to everything you do. This includes anything from your website or blog to your social media, email marketing or any other marketing outlet you choose to use.

Interact with your customers and followers promptly and professionally. Provide them with valuable information.

Let Them Know the Real You

  • Connect with your customers and prospects
  • Tell them your story
  • Let them know how your USP will help them
  • Add a human touch in your communications

Your Customers Come First

  • Be responsive
  • Show them their interests are important to you
  • Always give them value

A solid niche marketing plan will help you get and retain clients. You’ll develop longtime relationships with people who trust that you will always give them value, honesty, and reliability.

I'm in my own niche since 2002, selling mobile homes in nice parks. I don't know exactly why I love doing that, maybe it is that I'm helping people that can't or will not buy a regular house and actually prefer to live in a nice mobile home park. Anyway, I'm happy but it will never make me rich but that's okay too.

You can even have a niche within a niche. For me that is new construction for investors who commit to five properties or more.

Pamela, That acronym is great for Unique Selling Proposition, so important to know what sets us apart from the rest, and what we bring that is unique.  You honed in on the basics of success that flies in the face of those who just sign up for lead gen programs and think that's the answer.  Ultimately the client doens't care about what tech you use, but the skill you bring to accomplishing their goals.

Thank you for all these niche marketing tips Pamela Cendejas ...  I have always gone above and beyond my client's expectations with the goal of wanting to be their "Realtor FOR LIFE!" and last year I finally reached 90% of my clients repeating or referring me to their family and/or friends.  So that's my niche.

Be Specialized! Great advice, stuff we often hear and know to do, but do we do it? I must say this line hit the nail on the head:

Let them know how your USP will help them

I agree with you that QUALITY is a priority.     One of my competitors heavily advertises their sheer quantity of sales....hmmm....

Having a niche can be beneficial--esp in regard to an area that you farm consistantly.  Also providing great customer service as part of your niche!
