As one can tell the real estate market is very active. Sales data below ends on Dec 31, 2019.  In a nutshell, there are limited home sellers and people still are flocking to open houses making home bidding on first visit.  The local economy is very rubust. The high end homes sometimes start at 8 figures. With a quarter million residents call them millionaires, this is truly a land of opportunities. Make sure one has a preapproval letter when calling. There are too many buyers not a lot of  home sellers as there is no slow down in housing business.

Sam, sounds like your area is experiencing slim inventory as well.  We have had so much snow, we have few sellers wanting to list their homes.
