Buy a VA 4 Plex with ZERO DOWN

Did you know that you can buy a property with a VA loan and put NOTHING DOWN?!  And – due to a recent change, VA loans have NO LOAN LIMIT.

 

This means, if you can qualify based on the rental income of the property and your own income, you can buy a property up to 2 MILLION or more.

Both of these properties are 4 Plexes, meaning they have 4 separate units, and great rental income. For the buyer, this means maximum flexibility. You can owner occupy the property as long as you like, do renovations to maximize rents, rent ALL of the units for maximum cash flow, grow your sizable equity over time, reap HUGE tax benefits, grow you and your family’s wealth, invest in ASSETS rather than liabilities (think cars, luxury goods, etc.) and create large monthly cash flow that you can use to invest and retire.

 

Seattle’s real estate market is perfect for this strategy as you have an abundance of properties that have strong rental income, appreciation, access to good quality contractors and an excellent tenant pool with great income to qualify.
