Don't Do Prospecting You Don't Like - you will avoid it at all costs
Work With People You Like - there are plenty of buyers and sellers out there
Challenge Yourself - go after new neighborhoods, new markets and higher end sales
Higher End Sales - making a few of these every year will boost your confidence and income dramatically
Unique Or Out Of The Box Strategies - this brings little or expense or competition
Stand Out From The Crowd - example would be co-market an open house with a car dealership
Closing - incredibly important .. you need to close all the time .. give people space they go somewhere else
