Set your cranks at 11 o’clock or 5 o’clock position this will give you the ability to put as much drive as possible into your pedaling. So you can initiate pedaling with your strongest leg from 11 o’clock.

•    Shift Weight Forward:
Move your upper body over the front of the bike in a crouch position b bending your arms. This will allow you to position your body toward the front at first in order to create a strong force to the backward movement.

•    Lean Back over the Rear Wheel:
This is a sharp movement to be done and giving a strong pedal stroke at the same time. Straighten your arms without pulling the handlebars back
•    Then continue your pedaling at a consistent rate. The front wheel will fall back if you stop pedaling.
•    Keep the rear brake under your fingers so in case you feel losing balance and tilting forward.
•    Control Sideways and Vertical Balance:
Adjust the vertical balance by feather the rear brake and flare your knees or arms out, or turn the handlebars in the direction opposite to side bike is leaning to balance sideways balance.

•    Straighten the Front Wheel Before Bringing It Down:
Let the front wheel slightly back down by leaning slightly forward. Be careful so that you don’t lean too much forward, just shift weight back to the center.
