Hi Nick, events like this one planned in your area can really benefit residents. Proper disposal options can be overwhelming, and this makes it simple. Shredding services is another helpful event.

Hi Nick... love your title! Wasn't sure where you were going with it... very clever. We have such collection drives, as well, and they are very popular.

Morning Nick.

We have that same sort of thing twice a year.  The line is long, many bring a sack lunch

That is a great benefit to have since not everything is acceptable to just put in the trash can and have picked up.

Lottie Kendall out title company has provided shredding services a few years ago, but many of our local libraries do it multiple times a year as a fund raiser.

Michael Jacobs we also have another service where they will pick up cell phones, laptops etc at your door.

There is always a long line Nina Hollander

Kathy Streib they are pretty good hosting events for different objects through the year.

James Dray a sack lunch is a good idea as the line is awlays long.

Brian England as people become more aware they are looking for ways to dispose responsibly.

Joan Cox there are fees for some objects, but they are pretty low if you value your space.

Hello Nick,  Good that areas have stuff like these events.  Most trash companies do not take much anymore.

Nick, this is good info to get out along with costs.  It is so important to dispose of things properly.  I've heard of municipalities getting fined if something harmful to environment is placed in the trash and found when truck dumps trash at landfill.

Will Hamm ours are pretty good, but somethings people need to and want to dispose of in the best way.

Gloria Todor I had not heard of that, but I do know the cost of recycling is rising for all these trash firms.
