How is the rural real estate market around Jefferson, Oregon?  Glad you asked!  I have compiled the data for all of 2019, breaking it down by acreage size with a home.  Less than 1 acre, 1-4.99 acres, 5-9.99 acres, 10-19.99 acres and 20+acres.

 

You can find out how long it took the homes to sell, the average sold price, the average discount given by sellers, how many of those are currently for sale, and the month's of inventory.  Month's of inventory is very indicative of the type of market we are in.  Anything under 6 months  shows that we are in a seller's market.  Six months and over shows that we are in a buyer's market.
