Why Are Realtors Like Cupid?

Real Estate Broker/Owner with PrimeSouth Properties

Happy Valentines Day to Everyone.

I am hopefully the first person to wish you this heart felt wish.

It just occurred to me after many years in this industry that I have been playing the part of Cupid over all these years.

We can go round and round about who and what is the key decision maker or factor when it comes to the time to buy or sell a home or property.   After the economic decision of how much can I afford, It does become a very emotional decision about finding and buying a home.  The economic decision is a very large part but does the emotional factor become a larger issue after we get that boring finance part out of the way.

In what other industry do we view the "curb appeal" as being a very important part of the marketing plan.

In what other industry do we even consider baking cookies to make the client feel more at home.

I am sure we all can come up with more examples of things that we do that arouse the emotional aspect of this industry.

Bottom Line :

Along with the other hats we wear being a Realtor.  We are matchmakers who help buyers and sellers find that perfect match.  So should Valentines Day become the holiday we celebrate with our passion?  I am.

Ready to find "the one"? I can help you find the home of your dreams.

Message me to get started.

Yes, Peter,  We are indeed matchmakers!  The prettier we can make the home, the easier it is to fall in love with.  Good smells from the front door on, perfect lighting, flowers, colors, it is all about falling in love.  Happy Valentine's Day!
