Homes for Sale and Market Update for Clermont FL 34711 January 2020

If you are a Central FL resident, I’m certain you are seeing the growth in population, new developments popping up where orange groves used to be, new businesses are moving into Orlando, more traffic on I4 and FL Turnpike.
It’s a fact that many families move to Sunshine State every year and will continue to do so. There are many reasons why Central FL is a great place to call home;

-No State Tax

-Warm Weather
-Close to the beaches, local attractions, plenty of outdoor activities to select from

How about home prices? Are they cheap? Well, that truly depends on what state and city you’re comparing Central FL to. If you’re moving from NYC or Los Angeles for example, you will find home prices low. If you’re thinking about moving to the area, find a local real estate agent you can trust to work with who will guide you along the way rather than listening to the national news statistics.

With that said, let’s take a look at the Clermont FL real estate market.

Below data was taken from the Multiple Listing System and does not include the sales that were not entered into MLS. Data also does not include homes located in the 55+ Adult communities.

This information is specific to the Clermont FL 34711 zip code. Numbers clearly show homes are selling regardless of what you may hear or read. We still see multiple offers, cash buyers, homes that go under contract within days of listing. To get a home SOLD for the most money in the least amount of time takes knowledge, expertise, and work. Strong online presence with professional photos certainly attributes to successful marketing.

HI Beth Atalay - People who are making a lifestyle move to another state, need to take all factors into consideration.  No state income tax is a big incentive. Home prices in Central Florida are reasonable and buyers need your assistance to pick the right area and home.
