How To Manifest Effortlessly While You Sleep

One of the things I always say about using the law of attraction is it's extremely important to put manifesting on autopilot! 

Yes, you and I and everybody else on the planet are always attracting things to us based on our thoughts, actions, and beliefs. BUT... there's something to be said for intentionally raising your vibration, managing your thoughts, and purposefully drawing your desires to you. 

So, what do you think works most effectively? 

Does the woman who does one or two manifesting exercises every blue moon have a better chance at successfully manifesting her desires than does the man who seamlessly integrates practicing the law of attraction into his life every single day? 

Nope! 

That's why it's so important to subtly and consistently integrate the law of attraction into your daily life. 

One of the best, easiest ways to do so is to manifest while you sleep

Here are three ways to do it!

 

 

1- Try The Pillow Method

If you haven't heard of the pillow method, it's super easy! All you do is take a piece of paper, write a positive affirmation, tuck it under your pillow and then go to sleep. 

Your subconscious mind will quickly get to work sending powerful signals out to the universe to bring you want you want. 

Done!

 

2- Visualize Before Sleep

Ever heard of counting sheep before bed? Instead of sheep, visualize what you want to manifest!

I recommend starting with something small like a cup of coffee or a pink elephant. You want to pick things that are believable to your subconscious mind and also insignificant. That way you won't obsess over it making its appearance into your life. 

 

3- Just Ask

My favorite method of manifesting while sleeping is to ask! Ask your subconscious mind before you go to sleep "what do I need to know to do xyz...?"

If you need money, ask "what is the best way for me to attract extra money?"

If you have relationship issues, ask "how can I move my relationship forward in a way that I'd like?" 

You get the point. 

It really works! 

 

Try it out and see for yourself. Make it a nightly habit and watch how your life transforms. 

It's such a dreamy way to put the law of attraction to work for you, isn't it?
