We use video to market our listings. I don't mean just some of our listings I mean all of them. We have a drone and Kevin is a drone pilot, so we do a drone video and drone photos of the neighbourhood and the house. Kevin then switches cameras and does a 4k video while he walks through the home. He then switches over and takes high definition photos. Then it is back to the office where he edits and produces the video. We then use the photos to produce a photo quality expose of the home. We link the video to YouTube and place the links on the MLS so that it shows up on all of the sites that allow it. We link it in our digital ads that we do for the property. We blog it all over and it is featured on the 800 websites that Engel and Volkers submits to. Ads with video get 80% more views. Check out our YouTube Channel.
