My web site attracts many to come and look at homes from every corner of the United States and some International. I strive to provide enough information to keep them on my site but still can only get about 10% to "sign-up". They receive an auto-email right after they sign up, and I send a personalized email within one day. In this second email, I let them know I won't BUG them, but stay in touch, and if they need anything, please reach out.

If these visitors DO NOT have a REALTOR®, I ask if I can interview for the job. They can go to my About page and see the properties I have sold, along with testimonials. I have had web visitors call me and want to see homes, and go through the process without the "formal interview" process.
The bottom line, I think having the opportunity to "interview" for the job of Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent is a great opportunity to hone our skills.
Having worked with Relocation Buyers (and Sellers) for years, I definitely want to share how I can make their home buying or home selling process smooth, and be their resource here in Denver.
When was the last time you had to INTERVIEW to get the job?
