Austin, one of the most Pet-Friendly Cities in America!

Real Estate Agent with Juice RE Group at Compass Lic# 491811

Did you know that pets influence homeowners when making a real estate transaction?! According to the National Association of REALTORS® 81% of Americans say animal-related considerations play a role when deciding on their next living situation, 89% of those surveyed said they would not give up their animal because of housing restrictions or limitations, 12% of pet owners have moved to accommodate their animal, and 19% said that they would consider moving to accommodate their animal in the future! The Juice office generally has one dog onsite at all times. We love having our pups around the office, greeting folks. Austin ranks in two categories of dog friendly restaurants per capita and pet-friendly hotels. There are plenty of businesses including dog friendly restaurants, bars, retail shops, walking trails, and more! If you are a pet lover, and are considering moving, Austin may be the perfect place for you!
