Interesting market stats for TX. What is an "option" contract in your state? Here in Florida, it is a "lease-option-to-buy", but we don't have away of tracking these.

Kate Smith in our contract we have a paragraph where a buyer can pay a negotiated fee which buys them a negotiated number of days in which they can terminate for any or no reason.  During that number of days the transaction is considered to be in an option status.
