We were working with a nice couple who told us how they lost an opportunity on a home they wanted to see while working with another agent.
They didn't want this to happen again.
Their story was that they gave their agent several days and times that they would be available to see the home.
The agent said that none of those times worked for "her".
So, they asked the agent when it was a good time for her to show them the house. She said she would get back to them.
Days later she returned their call, but said it doesn't matter when she can show the home as it now had an accepted offer on it.
They were very disappointed, and decided maybe this wasn't the best choice in agents, and then they called us. They liked what they saw on the internet and said We Were The Right Choice!
Good for them!
